This Ab workout is KILLER! All you need are some ab sliders, or you can use a towels on your feet and find a smooth surface to allow for movement!
30 seconds each workout (All workouts are in a planking position, pushing off of your hands!)
- Spiderman Plank
- Bent Leg Crunch
- Mountain Climbers
- Straight Leg Crunch
- Side Crunches
REPEAT 2-3 TIMES!
Stretch and Hydrate!
