Fall is making it's way which only means one thing - everything PUMPKIN! This smoothie is so delicious and is perfect for the beautiful fall time weather and leaves changing!
1 Frozen Banana
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Unsweetened Oat Milk
2 Tbsp Chia seeds (optional but really good for you!)
1 Tbsp Creamy Unsweetened Almond or Peanut Butter
3-4 Ice Cubes
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon
1 Serving collagen or vanilla protein powder for some added protein!
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and evenly combined and Enjoy!
