Our Programs

Each of our classes focus on the individual. What are you individual goals? We provide fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training. Nobody is left behind. No one will be asked to do more than they are capable of doing. Everyday you will be challenged and inspired.


Cardio Strength & Tone (adult - 15 and up) - This class emphasizes overall physical conditioning and toning. We focus on strength, flexibility and endurance. This highly efficient, full body workout utilizes resistance exercises and endurance drills to build and sculpt every major muscle group. We alternate between strength and endurance drills to ensure you will burn calories and tone muscles and feel great. All fitness levels are welcome.


Interval Training (adult - 15 and up) - This class is designed to burn calories and build muscles so you will be ready to wear that bikini this summer. This high intensity class uses boot camp drills to strengthen your heart and lungs, kick boxing moves to develop strength and coordination, and the Bosu to build core balance. This class combines cardio drills and strength training moves to increase your overall fitness level in order to get in shape to wear your bikini. In a 60 minute class you can burn 300-600 calories while making new friends and having fun. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and exercise experience.


Bikini Boot Camp (adult - 15 and up) - This class is designed to burn calories and build muscles so you will be ready to wear that bikini this summer. This high intensity class uses boot camp drills to strengthen your heart and lungs, kick boxing moves to develop strength and coordination, and the Bosu to build core balance. This class combines cardio drills and strength training moves to increase overall fitness level to get you in shape to wear your bikini. Boy Scouts: Personal Fitness Merit Badge (all ages) - During this 13 week course each Scout will learn and go through the nine (9) requirements to earn the Personal Fitness merit badge. The Personal Fitness merit badge is a required merit badge to become an Eagle Scout. This class has classroom work as well as physical exercises. Every other week we will conduct a personal fitness test and record the results. The fitness test is a requirement to earn the merit badge.


Corporate Wellness - A recent study by the Texas Comptrollers Office, found that obesity was costing Texas Employers $3.3 billion per year; $1.4 billion in added health care costs, $1.2 billion in lost productivity, $591 million in absenteeism and $116 million in disability payments. Include us as a part of your corporate wellness program.


Personal or Group Training - You are accountable for your lifestyle. If you want to work alone or in a small group we have the program for you. One on one and small group training provides a forum for personal improvement. We provide the coaching and mentoring to help you reach your personal goals.
