These pumpkin bites are perfect for on the go, when you don't have time to make breakfast, or if you need a quick snack!
1 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Creamy Unsweetened Peanut Butter
1/4 CUp Pumpkin Puree
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until thick and combined well (no powdery clumps!)
2. Roll mixture into 1-2 inch balls usuing your hands.
3. Store in an airtight container for later and Enjoy!
