This dessert is perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth and to hit your protein goals!
Ingredients
3/4 Dark or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Powdered Peanut Butter (PB2 or PBFit)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the vanilla protein and powdered peanut butter. Then add the almond milk and mix until smooth. Next, add the peanut butter and mix until smooth.
2. In a pan, melt chocolate chips over low heat.
3. Next, line a cupcake tin with 8 cupcake liners. Then, add a small layer of melted chocolate to each liner. Place the cupcake tin into the freezer for 10-15 minutes, or until hard.
4. Then, add a smoothful of the peanut butter mixture into each cup, pressing down lightly, leaving space for more chocolate to cover.
5. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter mixtures.
6. Lastly, place the cupcake tin into the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until fully set. Peel off wrapper and enjoy!
