I have been obsessed with making these oats for breakfast! They take a little bit of prep, but they're SO worth it!
Ingredients
1 Banana
1/2 Cup of Oats
1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
1 Scoop Protein Powder of Choice
Optional Toppings: Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Optional: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top!
3. Lightly grease an oven safe dish and pour the mixture into the dish.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Optional: Microwave peanut butter or Peanut Butter Powder mixture and pour on top!
