Ingredients
1/3 Cup Egg Whites
1/3 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
2 TBS Chocolate Chips (optional)
Directions
- Combine oats, egg whites, and cottage cheese into a blender and blend until smooth. (Add cinnamon as well, if desired and chcolate chips after, if desired).
- Pour batter into waffle iron and wait until fully cooked.
- Add desired toppings and enjoy!
