This leg day exercise includes a few machine exercises, but feel free to substitute those exercises for others if you don't have access to a gym!
REMEMBER: Warm up with some mobility stretches, such as, leg swings, soldier walks, etc.
4x10 Dumbbell RDLs
4x10 Heavy Deficit Dumbbell Sumo Squats
5x8 HEAVY Barbell Hip Thrusts
SUPERSET
4x8 Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats
After doing 8 reps for each leg do 6 reps of bodyweight split squats for each leg before moving onto the next set!
4x10 Quad Extensions (machine)
4x10 Heavy Leg Press (machine)
Stretch and Hydrate!
