Warm Up
25 Jumping Jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Burpees
REPEAT 2X
Workout
10 Tricep Dips (Use an elevated surface such as a chair or a bed)
10 Squats straight into 10 Squat Pulses
20 Donkey Kicks (per leg)
30 Russian Twists
10 Push Ups
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
REPEAT 3X
